postgraduate studies in criminal law at the Faculty of Law \"Justinian I\" Skopje, Nina Trpkovska started her professional career in a renowned law firm in Skopje.<\/p>\n<p>In January 2020, she became a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of North\nMacedonia, when she founded Law Office Nina Trpkovska.<\/p>\n<p>Nina Trpkovska is a certified tutor of the European Human Rights Education Program\nfor Legal\nProfessionals (HELP) of the Council of Europe, as well as a certified lecturer by the Bar\nAssociation of the Republic of NorthMacedonia and the Council of Europe in the field of\ndomestic violence and justice for children.<\/p>\n<p>She is the author of several publications in the field of human rights protection both in\nthe domesticand international legal system.<\/p>\n<p>She is part of the Strategic litigation group on asylum and statelessness issues along\nwith other lawyers and representatives of international organizations for strategic\nrepresentation in procedures for asylum and stateless persons.<\/p>\n<p>She is a member of the non-governmental organization Macedonian Young\nLawyersAssociation and the Association for Criminal Law and Criminology of\nMacedonia.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, she was elected as a delegate to the Assembly of the Bar Association of the Republic of North Macedonia, and then as a deputy member of
