After completing her postgraduate studies in criminal law at the Faculty of Law "Justinian I" Skopje, Nina Trpkovska started her professional career in a renowned law firm in Skopje.

In January 2020, she became a member of the Bar Association of the Republic of North Macedonia, when she founded Law Office Nina Trpkovska.

Nina Trpkovska is a certified tutor of the European Human Rights Education Program for Legal Professionals (HELP) of the Council of Europe, as well as a certified lecturer by the Bar Association of the Republic of NorthMacedonia and the Council of Europe in the field of domestic violence and justice for children.

She is the author of several publications in the field of human rights protection both in the domesticand international legal system.

She is part of the Strategic litigation group on asylum and statelessness issues along with other lawyers and representatives of international organizations for strategic representation in procedures for asylum and stateless persons.

She is a member of the non-governmental organization Macedonian Young LawyersAssociation and the Association for Criminal Law and Criminology of Macedonia.

In 2022, she was elected as a delegate to the Assembly of the Bar Association of the Republic of North Macedonia, and then as a deputy member of the Appeals Council of the Bar Association of the Republic of North Macedonia.
